Liderança 4.0 e Sustentabilidade: Gerenciamento de Projetos Inovadores no Contexto da 4ª Revolução Industrial.

Abstract

A Quarta Revolução Industrial (4RI) criará tecnologias emergentes e inovações em várias áreas, que serão difundidas mais rapidamente pelo mundo e trará grandes desafios a empresas e gestores, moldando por novo padrão de fazer, gerir e perpetuar as empresas. Isto exigirá uma liderança que compreenda as rupturas que afetarão a demanda e a oferta de mercado, obrigando o líder a encontrar novas maneiras de fazer as coisas, num processo de inovação contínuo. Neste contexto, este artigo teve como objetivo apresentar bases teóricas que enfatizassem a importância da liderança no contexto da 4RI, no intuito de promover inovação e sustentabilidade aos projetos e negócios. Realizou-se pesquisa descritiva e qualitativa, cujo método escolhido foi o estudo de relatórios técnicos produzidos por órgãos referências no setor. Como resultado, espera-se que, no contexto da 4RI, o novo líder tenha papel fundamental na estratégia das organizações, com habilidades de resolução de problemas complexos e implantação de práticas inovadoras e sustentáveis.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (4RI) will create emerging technologies and innovations in various areas, which will spread more quickly around the world and will bring great challenges to companies and managers, shaping by a new standard of making, managing and perpetuating companies. This will require leadership that understands the disruptions that will affect market demand and supply, forcing the leader to find new ways of doing things, in a process of continuous innovation. In this context, this article aimed to present theoretical bases that emphasized the importance of leadership in the context of 4RI, in order to promote innovation and sustainability to projects and businesses. Descriptive and qualitative research was carried out, whose chosen method was the study of technical reports produced by reference agencies in the sector. As a result, it is expected that, in the context of 4RI, the new leader will have a fundamental role in the organizations' strategy, with complex problem-solving skills and the implementation of innovative and sustainable practices.
