Abstract

Neste trabalho, buscaremos ampliar a ideia usual sobre a igualdade de dois espaços, mostrando que apesar de espaços serem visualmente diferentes, mesmo assim podem ter a mesma forma, sendo assim homeomorfos. Também visando tornar a ideia de função algo mais significativa no ensino médio, construímos uma sequência didática que permite o professor ampliar este conceito ensinado de maneira tão pouco significativa para os alunos.

Abstract: In this work, we will seek to enlarge the usual idea of the equality between two spaces, showing that although spaces can be visually different, they might have the same shape yet. So being homeomorphic. Also aiming to make the idea of function something meaningful in high school, we built a didactic sequence that allows the teacher to enlarge this concept, which is taught in a way not so significant for the students.
