Cisnorma: acordos societários sobre o sexo binário e cisgênero

Abstract

Cisnorma é um conceito que ganha abrangência na literatura acadêmica brasileira na segunda década do século XXI e denota a normalidade que legitima como saudáveis, naturais e verdadeiras apenas as pessoas que se identificam com o sexo que lhes foi designado ao nascimento, sempre assumindo a binariedade homem/mulher. A proposta dessa dissertação é localizar formações discursivas e técnicas que corroboram para a manutenção e produção da cisgeneridade como norma a partir de 63 publicações acadêmicas brasileiras que usam os conceitos cisnorma, cissexismo e cisgênero. São evidenciados nessas publicações três eixos analíticos que se mostram como regulamentadores e normalizadores no campo da sexualidade: a religião judaico-cristã, a biomedicina e o direito brasileiro. Podemos perceber, após a análise das publicações, alguns enunciados que se congregam em uma formação discursiva cisnormativa que fundamenta racionalidades binárias e cisgêneras encontrados principalmente: 1) em trechos bíblicos, onde as passagens como do Gênese omitem possibilidades de existência não cisgênera, e instituem que pessoas que se afastarem da Lei divina que divide homens e mulheres e que supõe a complementaridade dos sexos são pecadoras e passíveis de punição; 2) em enunciados presentes em manuais utilizados pelos saberes médicos e psicológicos que patologizam as pessoas trans e não bináries; e 3) nas Leis brasileiras, onde é comum a omissão de possibilidades identitárias divergentes do binarismo cisgênero e por meio das quais as crianças são classificadas ao nascimento em um sexo que se supõe estável para o resto de sua vida. As principais técnicas para a regulação e produção da cisgeneridade são: 1) pela religião judaico-cristã a produção da culpa, do medo de punição, do mito do amor cisgênero e heterossexual como a única possibilidade de união válida, e a confissão de si; 2) pela biomedicina, psiquiatria e outros saberes psi, a verificação anatômica a partir de uma racionalidade binária, a classificação em um sexo binário e cisgênero, a produção da anatomia binária e cisgênera quando essa não está presente ao nascimento, a codificação da sexualidade normal pelos manuais diagnósticos estatísticos e a patologização como transtorno mental severo das pessoas não cisgêneras; e 3) pelo direito brasileiro, a regulamentação via lei nacional da obrigatoriedade de registro de um sexo, a premissa de imutabilidade do prenome que supõe a estabilidade no tempo do sexo que foi registrado, a omissão nos textos legais de sexos não binários e a cisgeneridade assumida pela lei ao regulamentar ações de órgãos públicos. O enunciado do sexo binário e cisgênero perpassa os três eixos analíticos e tem efeitos de regulação e produção de sujeitos.

Abstract : Cisnormativity is a concept that arises in the Brazilian academic literature in the second decade of the XXI century and denotes the normality that legitimates only the persons that identifies himself/herself with the sex that was designated at birth as healthy and natural, always assuming the binarism man/woman. The aim in this dissertation is to locate discursive formations and techniques that corroborate to the maintenance and production of cisgeneraty as norm trough 63 Brazilian academic publications that use the concepts cisnormativity, cissexism and cisgender. In those publications is evidenced three regulators and normalizer analytical axis: the Judeo-Christian religion, the biomedicine and the Brazilian justice. We can locate, after the analysis of the papers, statements that congregate in a discursive formation that fundaments binary and cisgender rationalities, they are found mostly: 1) in biblical excerpts where parts like the Genesis omits possibilities of non-cisgender existence and institutes that persons that move away of the divine law, that divides men and woman and supposes the complementarity of sexes, are sinful and likely to be punish; 2) in statements in manuals utilized by the medical and psychologist knowledge that patologize the trans and non-binary people and; 3) in Brazilian laws, where is common the omission of possible identities that diverge of the cisgender binarism and wherewith children are classify at birth in one sex that is suppose stable for the rest of their lives. The principal utilized techniques for the regulation and production of cisgeneraty are: 1) the production of guilt, of fear of punishment, of the myth of cisgender and heterosexual love as the only possibility of valid union, and the confession, by the Judeo-Christian religion; 2) the anatomic verification thought a binary rationality, the classification in one binary and cisgender sex, the production of the binary and cisgender anatomy when it?s not present at birth, the codification of normal sexuality by the diagnostic and statistical manuals and the pathologization of non-cisgender people as a severe mental disorder by the biomedicine, and; 3) the regulation by national law of the obligatorily registration of one sex, the premise of immutability of the prename that supposes a stability in time of the sex that was registered, the omission in the legal texts of non-binary sexes and the cisgeneraty assume by the law when regulates actions of public institutions by the Brazilian justice. The statement of the binary and cisgender sex run through the three analytic axis and has effects of regulation and production of subjects.
