O sentido do trabalho sob a perspectiva dos artistas de rua

Abstract

O presente trabalho buscou compreender qual sentido os artistas de rua da cidade de Florianópolis (SC) atribuem ao trabalho que exercem. A justificativa deste estudo se deu ao fato da relevância do tema trabalho na vida humana e também por se tratar de uma categoria que ainda é pouco explorada no ambiente científico, onde se faz necessária a ampliação de estudos sobre essa classe de trabalhadores. O referencial teórico buscou reforçar a evolução do significado do trabalho ao longo da história e compreender o conceito de sentidos do trabalho. As análises foram desenvolvidas a partir das histórias de vida profissionais relatadas pelos entrevistados, onde foi possível ser identificado quatro sentidos atribuídos ao trabalho: autonomia, amor pela arte, reconhecimento e exclusão.

The present work sought to understand how the street performers of the city of Florianópolis (SC) attribute to the work they perform. The justification of this study was due to the relevance of the theme work in human life and also because it is a category that is still little explored in the scientific environment, where it is necessary to expand studies on this class of workers. The theoretical reference sought to reinforce the evolution of the meaning of work throughout history and to understand the concept of the meanings of work. The analyzes were developed from the professional life stories reported by the interviewees, where it was possible to identify five senses attributed to work: autonomy, love of art, recognition, social exclusion and professional anguish.
