A chapa é quente, o bagulho é doido e o processo é lento: serviço social, campo sociojurídico e o poder judiciário em debate

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar algumas reflexões em relação à inserção profissional dos assistentes sociais dentro do campo do judiciário. Entendemos que a prática profissional inserida nestes espaços não exclui características próprias à categoria profissional que podem ser tomadas como definidoras da profissão. Neste movimento é que buscamos conhecer a produção intelectual dos assistentes sociais no campo sociojurídico e no poder judiciário e verificar como a profissão tem se inserido neste âmbito, com especial atenção aos seus marcos teórico-metodológicos. Para tanto realizamos pesquisa bibliográfica nos anais dos Congressos Brasileiros de Assistentes Sociais (CBAS) entre os anos de 2001 e 2010. O presente trabalho se justifica não apenas por contarmos com poucos trabalhados direcionados a tal temática, mas também por ser o judiciário historicamente um espaço profissional de destaque para os assistentes sociais, no mesmo sentido que podemos afirmar que tal profissional conta com uma legitimidade institucional. No intuito de contribuir com a reflexão em relação às particularidades do campo sociojurídico, em especial o judiciário, que empreendemos este percurso. Nas linhas que se seguem o trabalho está organizado em cinco seções. Após uma introdução ao tema, partimos para a segunda seção apresentando conceitos chaves que serviram de base para o debate proposto. Na terceira seção estão organizados os dados oriundos da pesquisa bibliográfica e a discussão em torno dos pontos apresentados por ela em relação ao campo sociojurídico. Na quarta seção tratamos mais especificamente do poder judiciário, apresentando dados dos artigos pesquisados e discutindo questões pertinentes a esse espaço sócio-ocupacional. Na última seção dedicamos a discussão às considerações finais.<br>

Abstract : The purpose of this paper is to present some reflections regarding the employability of social workers within the field of the judiciary. We understand that professional practice placed at these spaces does not exclude its own characteristics of professional category that can be taken as defining of the profession. In this movement that we will seek to know the intellectual production of social workers in the social-judicial field and judiciary, and check how the profession have been inserted in this field, with particular attention to its theoretical and methodological frameworks. Therefore it was conducted a bibliographic research in the annals of the Brazilian Congress of Social Workers between the years 2001 and 2010. We believe this work is justified not only because we count with just a few works directed to such theme, but also because the judiciary is, historically, a professional place of prominence for social workers, in the same sense we can say that social workers count with a institutional legitimacy. In order to contribute to the discussion in relation to the particularities of social-judicial field, especially the judiciary, that we undertook this route. In the lines that follow, the work will be organized in five sections. After an introduction to the topic, we go to the second section, presenting key concepts that formed the basis for the proposed debate such as the concepts of professional practice, social-judicial field and judiciary. In the third section, the data from the literature and discussion of the points raised by it are organized. In the forth section, we deal more specifically with the judiciary, with some data from the researched articles and discussion issues relevant to that socio-occupational field. Finally, the last section we dedicated to the discussion of concluding remarks.
