Cooperativa de crédito mútuo: cultura e participação no caso da Credelesc

Abstract

Esta investigação tem por finalidade analisar o desenvolvimento econômico e social da Cooperativa de Crédito Mútuo dos Empregados das Centrais Elétricas de Santa Catarina - Credelesc - cooperativa singular filiada à Cooperativa Central de Crédito Urbano - Cecred. Para tanto, aborda-se a história e os conceitos acerca do crédito cooperativo e do sindicalismo, para demonstrar como e por que os dois movimentos serviram como instrumentos de mobilização dos trabalhadores. Em seguida, faz-se uma diferenciação quanto ao sistema cooperativo e o bancário tradicional, ressaltando tanto a legislação vigente, como as características estruturais que distinguem a filosofia e o propósito de cada instituição. Na sequência faz-se uma breve apresentação do Sistema Cecred, a fim de demonstrar as situações para a análise da Credelesc, apresentando não apenas seus resultados econômicos e sociais, mas também uma comparação da última com outras duas cooperativas coirmãs, pertencentes ao mesmo Sistema e assemelhadas à Credelesc. Por fim, apontam-se alternativas procurando superar as resistências à associação à Cooperativa no intuito, tanto no sentido de acelerar a expansão econômica desta, como de fomentar o desenvolvimento social dos cooperados e, consecutivamente, da comunidade na qual estes se inserem.

This investigation has for purpose to analyze the economical and social development of the Cooperative of Mutual Credit of the Employees of the Electric Headquarters of Santa Catarina - Credelesc - singular cooperative adopted to the Cooperative Headquarters of Urban Credit - Cecred. For so much, it is approached the history and the concepts concerning the cooperative credit and of the syndicalism, to demonstrate as and why the two movements served as instruments of the workers' mobilization. Soon after, it is made a differentiation with relationship to the cooperative system and the traditional bank clerk, pointing out the effective legislation so much, as the structural characteristics that distinguish the philosophy and the purpose of each institution. In the sequence it is made an abbreviation presentation of the Sistema Cecred, in order to demonstrate the situations for the analysis of Credelesc, not just presenting your economical and social results, but also a comparison of the last with other two cooperatives co-sisters, belonging to the same System and assimilated Credelesc. Finally, alternatives are pointed trying to overcome the resistances to the association to the Cooperative in the intention, so much in the sense of accelerating the economical expansion of this, as of fomenting the social development of those cooperated and, consecutively, of the community in the which these they interfere.
