A China e a economia mundial: uma abordagem sobre a ascensão chinesa na segunda metade do século XX

Abstract

A presente dissertação tem como objetivo analisar a recente trajetória de crescimento da economia chinesa, tendo como ponto de partida a abordagem teórico-metodológica da análise dos sistemas-mundo. Primeiramente, a partir do referencial teórico baseado nos principais autores reunidos em torno dessa abordagem, como Giovanni Arrighi e Immanuel Wallerstein, este trabalho procura analisar a influência dos determinantes sistêmicos na trajetória recente chinesa, a partir da adoção de uma unidade de análise ampla, tanto em termos temporais como espaciais. Posteriormente, procura-se analisar a influência dos determinantes específicos ao Estado Nacional chinês, na criação de um ambiente favorável ao crescimento econômico a partir do final da década de 70. As conclusões apontam para o fato de que o fenômeno em questão é resultado da conjunção de fatores tanto sistêmicos como internos, ainda que o peso de uma conjuntura recente favorável seja preponderante para a atual ascensão da China na economia-mundo. The academic work has as objective to analyze the recent trajectory of growth of the Chinese economy, having as starting point the boarding theoretician-method of the analysis of the world-system. First, from the based theoretical reference in the main authors congregated around this boarding, as Giovanni Arrighi and Immanuel Wallerstein, this work looks for to analyze the influence of the determinative systemic in the Chinese recent trajectory, from the adoption of a unit of ample analysis, as much in secular terms as space. Later it is looked to analyze the influence of determinative the specific ones to the Chinese State in the conduction of an environment favorable to the economic growth from the end of the decade of 70. The conclusions point with respect to the fact of that the phenomenon in question is resulted of the conjunction of systemic internal factors, despite the weight of a conjuncture favorable is preponderant for the China recent ascent in the world-economy.
