Abstract:

A Síndrome de Down correlaciona-se aos fatores na área da linguagem expressiva e reflexiva, abrangendo: o desenvolvimento biológico, o sistema sensorial humano, as funções cognitivas, a evolução linguística, as disfunções e aptidões, interrelacionando-se, na busca de soluções humanas, científicas e tecnológicas, que permitam o pleno desenvolvimento bio-psico-social desta parcela populacional. A pesquisa objetiva desenvolver estudos e análises elucidativas, orientando-se através do conhecimento teórico e prático, baseando-se principalmente nas investigações teóricas de Piaget (1974), de Rondal (1993), Marina (1983), Vygotzky (1990) Troncoso & Cerro (1998), Fialho (2001), Doman (1980), Feuerstein (1997) e Beltrán (1997). Pretende-se que os aspectos práticos, sejam pesquisados e analisados a partir do 1ºAmbulatório Brasileiro de Síndrome de Down, no Hospital de Clínicas da Universidade Federal do Paraná, em Curitiba - em conjunto com as equipes multidisciplinares, integradas às outras instituições universitárias, clínicas e escolares, municipais, estaduais e interestaduais - que desenvolvam pesquisas e atendimentos na área da linguagem, para Pessoas com Síndrome de Down e seus familiares. A idéia inicial é fazer a triagem da população com trissomia do 21 e familiares, onde se destaca o caráter heterogêneo na idade cronológica, no desenvolvimento cognitivo e na variabilidade bio-psico-social e educacional, as quais são atendidas nos ambientes universitários, ambulatoriais, clínicos e escolares. A coleta de dados é realizada ora em grupo ora individualmente, através da anamnese, das observações sistemáticas e assistemáticas, que se complementam com entrevistas semi-estruturadas, com roteiro prévio de questões elaboradas; a partir da sistematização do assunto da pesquisa em questão e ressalta-se que as entrevistas incluem Pessoas com Síndrome de Down, suas famílias e a interdisciplinaridade profissional. Posteriormente às observações sistematizadas, permitem o levantamento do comportamento inicial dos participantes, a organização, a classificação e o registro para a verificação e a interpretação dos fenômenos observados, analisados quantitativa e qualitativamente. A interferência metodológica admite que os dados coletados, correlacionados aos fundamentos teóricos, dos procedimentos intervencionistas tecnológicos, nas áreas da Saúde e da Educação, associados aos princípios básicos dos métodos atualizados na prevenção, na estimulação precoce e nos tratamentos das dificuldades fonoaudiológicas, os quais permitem o desenvolvimento da linguagem oral e escrita nas pessoas com Síndrome da Down. A análise e a interpretação das observações dos dados coletados vislumbram que a auto-estima e a qualidade da linguagem expressiva e reflexiva, adequam-se de forma positiva à inclusão acadêmica, social e laboral das pessoas com Síndrome de Down, além de favorecer a conscientização das famílias, dos profissionais e da sociedade sobre os potenciais das Pessoas com Síndrome de Down envolvidas nesta pesquisa. The Down Syndrome is correlated with factors in the area of the expressive and reflexive language, enclosing: the biological development, the human sensorial system, the cognitive functions, the linguistic evolution, the disturbs and aptitudes, linked in the human solutions, scientific and technological, which allow the full bio-psyco-social development of this group. The point of the research is to develop studies and conclusive analyses, oriented through the theoretical and practical knowledge, being based mainly on the theoretical inquiries of Piaget (1974), Rondal (1993), Marina (1983), Vygotzky (1990), Troncoso & Cerro (1998), Fialho (2001), Doman (1980), Feuerstein (1997) and Beltrán (1997). The intent of the practical aspects, are to search and analyze - based on the 1st Brazilian Ambulatory of Down Syndrome located in the Hospital of Clinics of the Federal University of the Paraná, in Curitiba - with the multidisciplinary teams from other universities, clinics and schools, that develop research and attendance in the language area, for people with Down Syndrome and their family. The initial idea is to select people with 21 trissomy and their family, where the heterogeneous character is detached in the chronological age, in the cognitive development and the bio-psyco-social and educational variability, which are attended at the university, ambulatories, clinics and schools. The data collection is carried through in group and individually, through anamnesis of the systematic and assystematic. They are completed with half-structuralized interviews, from the systematization of the subject of this research. The interview includes people with Down Syndrome, their families and professional interdisciplinarity. The collected datas allow the survey of the initial behavior of the participants, the organization, the classification, the registration and the interpretation of the results, which are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The metodologic interference admits that the collected data, correlated to the theory of the technological procedures, in the areas of Health and Education, associated to the basic principle of the methods up dated in the prevention, precocious stimulation and the treatments of the fonoaudiologics difficulties, which allow the development of the verbal language and writing in people with Down Syndrome. The analysis and the interpretation of the comments of the collected data, means that the quality of the expressive and reflexive language are positively adjusted to the academical, social and labor inclusion of the people with Down Syndrome, besides favoring the awareness of the families, the professionals and the society about the potentials of the people with Down Syndrome on this research. |
