Uberização do trabalho: uma revisão sistemática da literatura acerca do termo

Abstract

Com o avanço da tecnologia da informação, as relações passaram por modificações e nas relações de trabalho não foi diferente, elas acompanharam as transformações do mundo e no século XXI se observa um novo mundo do trabalho emergente. A partir dessas mudanças nas relações laborais surgiu o termo uberização, que está relacionado com o modelo de trabalho da empresa Uber, que se caracteriza pela ausência de vínculo trabalhista, assim como, a ausência de direitos, garantias ou segurança por parte do trabalhador, que arca com os custos de sua atividade, é recrutado sob demanda e remunerado da mesma forma. Com intuito de levantar os dados de publicações que relacionam os termos uberização e trabalho, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura e uma análise bibliográfica dos artigos selecionados dentro da temática. Os resultados obtidos mostram que a discussão do tema é recente e que os termos estão fortemente relacionados à precarização do trabalhador e a desarticulação desta classe.

The increased advance of information technology, relations have changed the work relations, they have accompanied the world's transformations and in the 21st century a new world of work is emerging. From these changes in labor relations emerged the term uberization, which is related to the work model of the Uber company, which is characterized by the absence of a labor relationship, as well as the absence of rights, guarantees or security on the part of the worker, which he bears the costs of his activity, is recruited on demand and remunerated in the same way. In order to raise the publication data that relate the terms uberization and work, a systematic literature review and a bibliographic analysis of selected articles within the theme were carried out. The results obtained show that the discussion of the theme is recent and that the terms are strongly related to the precariousness of the worker and the disarticulation of this class.
