Inovação, inteligência artificial e mercado de trabalho

Abstract

O presente trabalho busca encontrar a relação entre a evolução da tecnologia (sobretudo na quarta era tecnológica, respaldada pela inteligência artificial e robótica) e o mercado de trabalho. Baseia-se em pesquisa exploratória (buscando através da discussão entre artigos acadêmicos indícios de fatores que moldam esse novo paradigma, como o caráter das tarefas que mais são afetadas por tal evolução, o aumento de produtividade, quesitos de desigualdade) e um modelo prático, no qual o autor mostra uma tarefa que já foi preenchida pelo uso de automação, mostrando que a máquina consegue substituir o ser humano em tarefas intelectuais com um nível de precisão alto, como no caso do exemplo citado, acima de 99%. Além de elucidar conceitos específicos de aprendizagem profunda (tecnologia de ponta, atualmente, no que se refere inteligência artificial), como seu contexto dentro do escopo de inteligência artificial e detalhes de seu funcionamento. Chegando à conclusão da inevitabilidade da substituição de determinadas tarefas e a criação de outras.

The present work seeks to find the relationship between the evolution of technology (especially in the fourth technological age, supported by artificial and robotic intelligence) and the job market.
