Mulheres catarinense e o movimento feminino pela anistia: narrativas de suas atuações políticas

Abstract

Esta dissertação propõe problematizar a invisibilização da atuação política de mulheres, por meio da narrativa das participantes do Movimento Feminino Pela Anistia em Santa Catarina (1977). Este trabalho se insere na perspectiva da História do Tempo Presente, visto que apesar do período ditatorial ter acabado em 1985, os mecanismos de Estado e as construções de gênero que o mantinham permanecem até hoje. Diante da pouca importância atribuída às ações de resistência dessas mulheres, destaca-se o silenciamento das suas atuações na História que, por vezes, ocorre por se desconectar das construções de gênero designadas a elas. O objetivo ao entrelaçar interpretações acerca do campo de estudos da memória e do esquecimento se dá no esforço de visibilizar diversas formas de interesses permeadas pelas relações de poder e de exclusões, que são observadas na promulgação de Leis como a nº 6.683/1979, conhecida como a Lei de Anistia. Diante da narrativa das entrevistadas, no entrecruzamento de fontes (jornais, panfletos e boletins que circularam entre 1975 e 1979) e na análise de leis, amparada na reflexão proposta por Denise Rollemberg (2015) sobre o conceito de resistência, este debate amplia perspectivas para a reflexão sobre outras experiências de resistências à regimes ditatoriais, bem como visibiliza as ações de mulheres na cena política e pública. Questionar as imposições autoritárias e possibilitar que outras narrativas sobre o período repressivo brasileiro e seus efeitos em Santa Catarina possam ser expostas é a principal contribuição das historiadoras e historiadores que utilizam a história oral como metodologia de pesquisa e análise historiográfica.

Abstract: This dissertation proposes to problematize the invisibilities of the political action of women, through the narrative of the participants of the Feminine Movement for the Amnesty in Santa Catarina (1977). This work falls within the perspective of the History of Present Time, since despite the dictatorial period ending in 1985, the mechanisms of state and the constructions of gender that maintained it remain to this day. In view of the low importance attributed to the resistance actions of these women, the silence of women's actions in History that sometimes occurs by disconnecting to the constructions of gender assigned to them is outstanding. The objective of interweaving interpretations about the field of memory and forgetfulness studies is in the effort to visualize various forms of interests permeated by power relations and exclusions, which are observed in the promulgation of Laws such as No. 6.683 / 1979, known as the Amnesty Law. In the face of the interviewees' narrative, in the intersection of sources (newspapers, pamphlets and newsletters circulating between 1975 and 1979) and in the analysis of laws, supported by Denise Rollemberg's (2015) reflection on the concept of resistance, this debate the reflection on other experiences of resistance to dictatorial regimes, as well as demonstrates the actions of women in the political and public scene. Questioning the authoritarian impositions and enabling other narratives about the Brazilian repressive period and its effects in Santa Catarina can be exposed is the main contribution of historians and historians who use oral history as research methodology and historiographic analysis.
