Sociologia brasileira como arma de combate: Os limites entre o militante e o cientista nos trabalhos recentes de Jessé Souza

Abstract

Este trabalho busca através da revisão bibliográfica das mais recentes publicações do sociólogo brasileiro Jessé Souza – A tolice da inteligência brasileira: ou como o país se deixa manipular pela elite (2015); A radiografia do golpe: entenda como e por que você foi enganado (2016); e A elite do atraso: da escravidão à lava-jato (2017) – compreender a contribuição de sua teoria para o entendimento da realidade brasileira levando em conta sua proposta de empoderar a sociedade com discernimento crítico do que se concebe sobre o país e sua origem, tendo em vista os discursos recentes sobre a estrutura social e as ações do Estado versus mercado financeiro.

This research searches through the bibliographical review of the most recent publications of Brazilian sociologist Jessé Souza - The foolishness of Brazilian intelligence: or how the country is allowed to manipulate by the elite (2015); The radiography of the coup: understand how and why you were deceived (2016); and The elite of backwardness: from slavery to laundering (2017) - understand the contribution of his theory to the understanding of Brazilian reality taking into account its proposal to empower society with critical insight into what is conceived about the country and its origin , in view of the recent discourses on the social structure and actions of the State versus the financial market.
