Análise da gestão financeira das micro e pequenas empresas do bairro estreito, em florianópolis - SC

Abstract

Os anos de 2015 e 2016 foram de enorme inquietação política e recessão econômica no cenário brasileiro, com um elevado número de desemprego no país. Contrariando essa situação, a abertura de micro e pequenas empresas no ano de 2015 cresceu mais de 5 % em relação ao ano anterior. Dessa forma, o objetivo do presente estudo é descrever e analisar a gestão financeira das micro e pequenas empresas situadas no bairro Estreito na cidade de Florianópolis. Apesar da incontestável importância das micro e pequenas empresas para o país, essas organizações enfrentam enormes obstáculos para se manterem ativas. Quanto à natureza do trabalho, o enfoque é monográfico, a abordagem tem caráter quantitativo e os objetivos são descritivos. O instrumento principal da pesquisa foi um questionário, composto por 26 questões fechadas, distribuído por conveniência entre as micro e pequenas empresas. Diante dos dados coletados, foi possível delinear a estrutura das micro e pequenas empresas estudadas, traçar o perfil de seus gestores e diagnosticar a gestão financeira dessas organizações.

The years of 2015 and 2016 were of great political unrest and economic recession in the Brazilian scenario, with a high number of unemployment in the country. Contrary to this situation, the opening of micro and small enterprises in the year 2015 grew more than 5% over the previous year. Thus, the objective of this study is to describe and analyze the financial management of micro and small businesses located in the Estreito neighborhood in the city of Florianópolis. Despite the undeniable importance of micro and small enterprises to the country, these organizations face enormous obstacles in order to stay active. Regarding the nature of the work, the approach is monographic, the approach is quantitative and the objectives are descriptive. The main research instrument was a questionnaire, composed of 26 closed questions, distributed for convenience among MPEs. Considering the data collected, it was possible to delineate the structure of the micro and small companies studied, outline the profile of their managers and diagnose the financial management of these organizations.
