Plano de negócio: Análise de viabilidade para abertura de uma corretora de seguros na região da grande Florianópolis

Abstract

O presente projeto tem como finalidade analisar, por meio da elaboração de um plano de negócio, a viabilidade financeira para iniciar as atividades de corretagem de seguro na região da grande Florianópolis. Para isso, foi levantado um referencial teórico que discorre sobre os conceitos principais de empreendedorismo, empreendedor, plano de negócio, seguros e corretagem. A partir daí, foi realizado um estudo mais aprofundado do mercado securitário e, para maior enriquecimento da pesquisa, também se elaborou um questionário com perguntas bastante objetivas a fim de identificar o nível de conhecimento que popularmente se possui sobre o tema e o quão relevante são os itens relacionados ao assunto para os respondentes. Por fim, estruturando um plano operacional, de marketing e financeiro, foi possível concluir que o projeto em questão é financeiramente viável para o novo empreendedor.

The purpose of this project is to analyze, through the preparation of a business plan, the financial viability to start the insurance brokerage activities in the region of Greater Florianópolis. For this, a theoretical reference was made that discusses the main concepts of entrepreneurship, enterpreneur, business plan, insurance and brokerage. From that point on, a more detailed study of the security market was carried out and, to further enrich the research, a questionnaire with very objective questions was also elaborated in order to identify the level of knowledge that popularly has on the subject and how relevant they are related items for the respondents. Finally, structuring an operational, marketing and financial plan, it was possible to conclude that the project in question is financially viable for the new entrepreneur.
