Análise das informações nos portais das instituições públicas de ensino superior de Santa Catarina no contexto da LAI

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como seu principal objetivo analisar, no contexto da Lei de Acesso à Informação, se os portais das Instituições Públicas de Ensino Superior de Santa Catarina proporcionam acesso às suas informações que são do interesse do aluno. Trata-se de um mapeamento e verificação das informações relevantes na perspectiva do aluno nos portais das Instituições, onde em sua fundamentação teórica é abordado sobre o uso de tecnologias da informação, a internet como fonte de conhecimento, a Lei de Acesso à Informação, as Instituições púbicas de ensino superior e portais em sua perspectiva histórica, teórica e legal. Com o foco nas informações das quais os alunos veem como relevantes a disponibilização pelos portais institucionais, sua importância se destaca por ouvir os alunos, usuários principais destes portais, a fim de garantir a melhor forma possível de acesso a elas. Como metodologia o estudo contempla uma pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, com aplicação de questionário e quanto a abordagem do problema e consecução dos objetivos, trata-se de uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa e descritiva. Os resultados, entre outros aspectos, permitem concluir que, para o desenvolvimento acadêmico dos alunos, no que tange a disponibilização das informações, em sua maioria, encontram-se acessíveis nos respectivos portais institucionais.

This work has as its main objective to analyze, in the context of the Access to Information Act, the portals of the Public Institutions of Higher Education of Santa Catarina provide access to their information that are the student's interest. This is a mapping and verification of relevant information in the student's perspective on the portals of the institutions, which in its theoretical foundation is approached him on the use of information technology, the Internet as a source of knowledge, the Access to Information Act the public institutions of higher education and portals in their historical, theoretical and legal perspective. With a focus on information that students see as relevant to providing the institutional portals, its importance excels by listening to students, the main users of these portals in order to ensure the best possible access to them. As the study methodology includes a documental and bibliographic research, with a questionnaire and how to approach the problem and achieve the objectives, it is a qualitative-quantitative and descriptive research. The results, among other things, lead to the conclusion that for the academic development of students, with respect to available information, in most cases, are available on their institutional websites.
