Abstract

A abordagem da Análise Crítica do Discurso (ACD) de Norman Fairclough (2001, 2003) é a teoria central da tese e também meu método de investigação. A ACD busca revelar questões ideológicas sustentadas pelos discursos, porém, de modo geral, não conscientes para as pessoas em suas práticas sociais. Neste trabalho, a opção pela ACD foi decorrente da estreita relação entre o potencial explicativo desta teoria e o fenômeno social para análise, qual seja: a avaliação em organizações sem fins lucrativos. Neste sentido, o objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar a representação da avaliação em organizações sem fins lucrativos no campo associativista de Florianópolis (SC), buscando localizar discursos potencialmente ideológicos. Para construção do corpus, mapeei o campo social de Florianópolis para compreender o fluxo das informações e atores proeminentes. Este mapeamento me levou a participar de diversos eventos dos quais dois considerei mais relevantes para pesquisa e, em seus âmbitos, coletei os textos que vieram a compor o corpus. A partir da análise linguística do corpus, destaco como resultado da pesquisa que há no campo associativista de Florianópolis uma relação harmônica com o discurso do terceiro setor, com o discurso gerencialista e com o discurso da centralidade da empresa e há uma relação divergente ao discurso genuíno das organizações sem fins lucrativos.<br>

Abstract : The approach of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) of Norman Fairclough (2001, 2003) is the theory that supports my thesis and also my research method. The CDA intends to reveal ideological issues held by discourses however, generally not conscious to people in their social practices. In this work, the CDA option was due to the close relationship between the explanatory potential of this theory and the social phenomenon for analysis, namely: evaluation in nonprofit organizations. In this sense, the objective of the research was to analyze the representation of evaluation in non-profit organizations in the associative field of Florianópolis (SC), seeking to locate potentially ideological discourses. To construction of the corpus, mapped the Florianópolis social field to understand the flow of information and prominent actors. This mapping led me to participate in several events including two considered most relevant to research and, in their scopes, collected the texts that came to constitute the corpus. From the linguistic corpus analysis, I highlight as a result of research that exists in the associative field of Florianópolis a harmonious relationship with the discourse of the third sector, with the managerial discourse and the discourse of the centrality of the firm and there is a divergent relation to genuine discourse of non- profit organizations.
