A importância da previdência complementar frente às incertezas da previdência social

Abstract

O presente trabalho de investigação visa apresentar aspectos do histórico e das mudanças ocorridas no sistema de Previdência Social do Brasil e a importância do Sistema Complementar de Previdência. Foram abordados categorias e conceitos de seguridade social e temas relacionados às reformas da Previdência Social, ao fator previdenciário e as transformações da seguridade social ocorridas recentemente no Brasil. Abordou-se as características da Previdência complementar, suas entidades abertas e fechadas e os tipos de planos em relação à estrutura dos benefícios. Demonstra-se a importância da previdência complementar visto que o sistema oficial de previdência no Brasil há muito tempo não tem sido capaz de garantir aos trabalhadores que se tornam assistidos, a proteção e qualidade de vida após o período laboral seja por suspeitas de corrupção, a compra de serviços e o aumento da demanda pela política previdenciária fez com que esta começasse a ser questionada, o que forçou a criação de novas medidas. Livre de qualquer visão determinada, marxista ou neo liberal, o trabalho mostrará que pode ser importante ter, mesmo que em caráter de precaução, uma previdência complementar e que ela pode, bem ou mal ser um formador de poupança a longo prazo e mantedor do poder de compra dos recém aposentados.

The present investigation work seeks to present aspects of the report and of the changes happened in the system of Social welfare of Brazil and the importance of the Complemental System of Precaution. Categories and concepts of social safety were approached and fear related to the reforms of Social welfare, to the factor of Social welfare and the transformations of the Complemental System of Social welfare happened recently in Brazil. It was approached the characteristics of the complemental Precaution, your open and closed entities and the types of plans in relation to the structure of the benefits. The importance of the sees complemental precaution is demonstrated that the official system of precaution in Brazil there is a long time it has not been capable to guarantee to the workers that one are attended, the protection and life quality after the work period. Free of any particular vision, Marxist or neo liberal, show that the work can be important to have, even in a precautionary character, a pension and she can be a good or bad forming long-term savings and maintainer of power purchase of new retirees.
